Description
CJC-1295 (No DAC) combined with Ipamorelin (C₁₅₅H₂₅₆N₄₄O₄₆ + C₃₈H₄₉N₉O₅) are synthetic peptides used together in laboratory research to investigate regulation of the growth hormone axis and pituitary signaling behavior. Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue that interacts primarily with the GHS-R1a receptor, initiating intracellular signaling involving phospholipase C activity and calcium mobilization while showing minimal engagement with non–growth-hormone pituitary pathways in experimental systems. CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a structurally modified growth hormone–releasing hormone analog designed without long-acting conjugation, functioning through activation of the GHRH receptor and subsequent adenylate cyclase–driven cAMP signaling in somatotroph cells. Combined receptor engagement is commonly applied in preclinical models to examine coordinated somatotropic signaling, hypothalamic–pituitary feedback regulation, and peptide-mediated endocrine pathway interactions.

Supplied in a 3 mL vial as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder requiring reconstitution with a laboratory diluent. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary consumption.
